Frequently asked questions
We've got answers to all the questions you might have about our events—from registration and requirements, to replays and more.
Most of our events last between 1 and 2 hours, depending on the topic and event. The specific duration for each event will be posted along with the event details.
To join a webinar or workshop on the day of the event, we recommend using a laptop/desktop computer with Google Chrome and having a stable internet connection for the best experience. However, you can also watch the webinar or participate in workshops on your mobile phone by downloading a mobile application, for which you'll receive details ~two days before the event.
Webcam and microphone are only required for workshops and special events with limited seats.
Once you register for a webinar event, you will receive an email to confirm your registration. After confirming, you will receive a reminder email with a special link 1 hour before and at the time of the event.
For workshops, you will receive an email before the event with everything you need to know about the webinar and how to access the sessions. Reminder emails with the appropriate link will be sent before each session as well.
For all registered participants, we provide access to a time-limited replay of our webinars. You can also view the webinar recordings inside the Treehouse, which are available for lifetime viewing. However, please note that workshops and special events with limited seats may not always have a recording available. We kindly request that you only sign up for workshops if you are reasonably certain of your ability to attend.
If a recording will be available, you will see it mentioned within the event's details.
Webinar slides can be viewed throughout the duration of the replay on the webinar replay page. While you won't be able to download the slides, you can take notes during the replay. Please note that workshops and special events with limited seats may not always have slides available, but often come with printable workbooks.
Unfortunately, our events are not CEU eligible. Bambu Care is not an approved CEU provider. We are an independent and privately-owned, education company and platform for dementia care partners. We cannot guarantee CEU hours.
All sales of digital and virtual content are final. Refunds will not be issued unless the event is canceled by Bambu Care, which is rare.
